Pricing
Three subscriptions, and nothing else for sale.
All prices are in USD (US dollars) and are including VAT at 20%. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling is one action inside your account. There are no credit packs, no top-ups, no stored value and no promotional pricing.

Before you subscribe
- The full price, the billing period and the renewal date are shown together on one screen before you commit.
- You get a 14-day cancellation period, and a fresh 14-day period after every renewal.
- A reminder is emailed before each renewal, on its own, never mixed into marketing.
- Cancel from billing in a single step. No retention offer, nobody to telephone.

What is in each, line by line
Two lines in this table never change with the plan: the circumstances in which the cheaper pair wins, and what the estimate cannot know. Those are shown in full on the free plan and are never covered by the watermark.

How the allowance is consumed
Published so it is never a black box. An allowance is a permission to use the service — it is not money, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and does not carry over to the next period.
- One question answered in the tool
- 1 unit
- Reading the construction of one pair from photographs
- 2 units
- Rendering a cost-per-wear comparison and break-even chart
- 5 units
A typical comparison of three pairs costs 1 unit for the question, 6 for reading the three constructions, and 5 for the charts — 12 units in total. The Mileage allowance covers around 33 of those a month.

Payment, security and your rights
What happens when you subscribe, and what protects you.
Cards accepted
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, plus the wallets your device offers at checkout. Everything is charged in USD; if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee.
How your card details are handled
Card details are entered into, and held by, a payment processor certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. They are never transmitted to or stored on our own systems. The whole site, checkout included, is served over HTTPS.
