Two separate confirmations, required by law

Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 requires both of these before a service can begin inside the 14-day cancellation period. Neither is ticked for you, and both are checked again on our server. We repeat both of them word for word in your confirmation email.

I expressly request that Perwear begins supplying the service immediately, during the 14-day cancellation period, rather than waiting until it has passed.

I acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed within that 14-day period, I will lose my right to cancel that period. My rights on every subsequent renewal are unaffected, and I get a fresh 14-day period each time.

Reminder before each renewal: Sent as its own email containing only the renewal information. Never bundled with marketing.
Cancelling: One action in your account. No retention offer, nobody to telephone. How to cancel.
Cooling off: 14 days from today, and a fresh 14 days after every renewal.
Monthly allowance: 1,500 units. Not money, no cash value, not transferable, does not carry over.
Promotions: None in operation. No trials, discounts or introductory rates apply to this order.

Card details are entered into a payment processor certified to PCI DSS Level 1 and are never stored on our systems. Served over HTTPS throughout. Legal information.
