What is supplied, and under what law
Perwear is a subscription software service. It works out an estimated cost per wear for garments from a price the user enters and a durability estimate derived from photographs. No physical goods are sold, nothing is shipped, and the service holds no market price information of any kind.
Contracts are concluded in English and are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in the terms of service affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, or in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

Restrictions on availability and use
